An Exhibition by Leah Anderson at The Brunswick, Leeds, 2025

I’m beyond excited to share that my first solo show has officially come to life! This exhibition marks a personal milestone, and it’s been such a rewarding experience to see my latest works displayed for the first time.

The show features a small selection of my new digital prints, each one a reflection of the bold and vibrant aesthetics that have been fueling my creativity lately. Drawing inspiration from the striking visual language of riso printing and vintage Eastern European matchbook art, these works capture the essence of what caught my eye throughout 2024.

From the rustic charm of old French signs to the clean lines of architecture, and even the quiet moments of camping trips and beach visits—each piece is a small tribute to the beauty I encounter in the everyday. There’s something so captivating about finding art in the seemingly mundane moments, and this exhibition is a snapshot of the things that stood out to me, pieces of life that whispered stories worth telling.

This exhibition might be small, but it’s deeply personal. It’s a celebration of the things that inspire me, the fleeting moments that I’ve found myself drawn to, and the way they’ve shaped my work. I can’t wait to see where this journey leads next, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

Thanks to everyone that has been down to visit the exhibition, i was thrilled to tick off one of my 2024 goals (even if it was 17days late)
